Flange ball valves have soft-sealed ball valves and hard-sealed ball valves, and hard-sealed ball valve seal pairs (ie, seat seal faces and ball seal faces) are paired with metal-to-metal ball valves. The structure of the ball valve is divided into a floating ball type and a fixed ball type, and the connection form is a flange connection, a welded connection and a screw connection. Product seals can be divided into the following two types:
1) One-way seal: It can only be sealed in the specified direction, that is, the sealing direction indicated by the ball valve.
2) Two-way seal: seals in both directions.
How it works
Flange hard seal ball valve, manual cast steel hard seal ball valve body surface adopts advanced spraying technology, through the treatment of various working conditions, the highest hardness can reach HRC78. The seat sealing surface is treated to a maximum hardness of HRC72. The ball and the valve seat are paired and ground, and all sealing areas of the entire sealing surface of the ball valve are precisely ground. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure water, steam, petroleum, coal, fiber, thick and corrosive media, and media with particles. The metal sealing ball valve has a floating ball and a fixed ball. The two metal seat rings are in contact with the spherical surface, and the valve seat ring and the spherical surface are sealed by a uniform spring load acting on the seat ring. Due to the spring load, the auxiliary seal expands to achieve the seal between the valve body and the valve seat. The spring load is sufficient to provide a reliable seal between the valve seat and the ball. Under low pressure conditions, it can be designed between the seat sealing surface and the ball. There is a sealing grease injection system.
